The Therme Erding is the world’s largest thermal bath and is very popular with tourist and locals from Munich and the region with up to 4,000 visitors per day. The huge Therme also hosts the world’s largest sauna area with 25 saunas, 26 water slides a wave pool (total length over 2,000 meters), and many smaller attractions. If you’re spending the winter in Bavaria, it’s good to know that you can swim and bathe here at water temperatures reaching up to 43 degrees Celsius. But you can also just relax at quieter areas of the Therme Erding, or be served drinks at the pool bar.
Prices: 2 hours Therme, wave pool and slides 17 €; 4 hours 23 Euro; a day-ticket costs 31 Euro, on Sundays and on holidays + 4 € on all tickets.
