Outdoor ice skating season in Munich at the Prinzregentenstadion’s 30 x 60 meter ice rink begins today (November 24). The rink has outstanding facilities for ice-skating with music and floodlights. The modern stand has capacity for 450 people - spectators as well as ice-skaters taking a rest are welcome there are also generous changing rooms for recreational ice skaters, a sports shop at the entrance area with services for ice-skaters and a restaurant with a view of the ice rink . Ice skates can be hired from the sports shop (main building). Food is available at the outdoor kiosk and the “Aquamarin” restaurant at the stadium.

The rink is open for public use on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30am until 4pm and Friday-Sunday from 9:30am until 9:30pm. A day-ticket costs 5.40 euros. Kids younger than 14 pay 4 euros, family-tickets are also available.
