On Saturday and Sunday, January 16 and 17, 2016 the biggest hobby, maker and “Do-It-Yourself” festival in Southern Germany will be held in Munich. The fair for technological innovations "Make Munich" will take place at the Zenith (Lilienthalallee 29, 80939 Munich) venue. At the two-day event innovative, ecologically aware, technology-loving makers will show off their culture and technology at booths, in talks, and during hands-on workshops. The 2016 motto is „Just MAKE it“.

Make Munich is the fair for trends and innovations in the areas high tech-do-it-yourself, 3D-printing, robotics, hardware-startups, wearables and technology culture. It is the space for presentation and exchange for maker, tinkerers, electronics geeks and designers.

Building, inventing, learning, recycling, inspiration and fun are at the centre of this fair „by makers for makers“. Some 3.500 visitors have used this chance to connect in 2014 and visited Make Munich. Now in 2016, this special combination of creativity and technology returns to be experienced live, again. The whole weekend will be dedicated to innovations in technology – you can enjoy a variety of lectures, seminars and workshops there. You can also join any of them to try and test equipment, conduct experiments and exchange opinions. The target group of the event are not only experienced “Do-It-Yourself” Makers and professionals, but also people who are interested in innovations or are simply looking for inspiration. Young explorers are also very welcome!
