An ad at am real estate portal advertising an apartment at Munich’s trendy Glockenbachviertel has attracted interest by Munich local media. The 50 m² one-bedroom apartment overlooking the Isar river costs 3,000€ in rent a month which is 60 euros per square metre. The Apartment, located at Fraunhofer Strasse 43, is part of a newly built building. The buildings 25 “Glockenbach suites” were sold before the building was completed and some are now being rented out. The average rent in Munich costs somewhere around 15 euros per square metre.
