Bavaria to Blame for Donald Trump?

By  Sunday, 6.3.2016, 21:50    General News

“Sorry world!” are the first two words of an article published online at Bild.de on Friday, March 4, 2016 by a Bavarian journalist. It looks like Bavarian bureaucrats are to blame for Donald Trump being given the chance to be the Republican candidate in the next US Presidential election. At the beginning of the 20th century, Bavarian authorities didn’t allow Donald Trump’s grandfather, Friedrich Trump, to return to Germany so he went back to the United States to begin setting the grounds for his fortune with a brothel.

The grandfather of the Republican Party’s likely presidential candidate first immigrated to New York in 1885, but returned to Germany with his wife Elizabeth Christ in 1901. After being denied permanent stay in Bavaria they returned to the United States.
